Business Planning - Seeing the goalsIn the competitive world, the entire company's staff must be held accountable and MIGRATE to the same objectives. No organization can afford the luxury of not planning. Staff must not be scattered in their individual goals and implementation methods.

How can you plan effectively? MIGRATION coaches the coach (you) and your staff via this web site (or directly) to create a one-year Plan1 over a two-day session so that you have a Plan for the immediate future and learn how to implement planning in later years.

1One-year Plans look at 2 years and 5 years down the road as well.

Crisis

For the company in a crisis (such as near-bankruptcy or staff mutiny), a quick Plan must be rapidly formatted in one day. At that session you must arrive at a collective agreement on the steps forward over the critical next 3 to 6 months.
